What is Hurlburt's Haven?
Hurlburt's Haven is an Adult Day Care Center based in Durand, Wisconsin, that helps to meet the needs of the elderly and disabled by providing a safe and caring atmosphere for individuals because of health related problems, are housebound, or might otherwise consider nursing home care.
It offers a way for individuals to maintain their independence by remaining in their own home, or with a family while providing the means for them to get out of the house during the day.
A variety of planned and structured activities such as current events, exercise, entertainment, pet therapy, games, crafts, and community outings. Assistance with personal care, and nutritional meals along with snacks are provided as well.
